TODAY: Mostly Cloudy early with areas of morning fog, but no precipitation.  High in the low 40s.   Sunshine moves from northwest to southeast through the day.  by the end of the day west central Minnesota will see sun.  Northern Valley is clear to partly cloudy early.

WEDNESDAY: Partly Cloudy to Mostly Sunny and warmer.  St. Patrick's Day celbrants should be a' smilin'!  High upper 40s to low 50s.  However, those temps will enhance the snowmelt and river's rapid rising.

THURSDAY: More clouds and slightly cooler but dry.  High in the 40s

FRIDAY: A weak spring storm moves out of the Rockies and across South Dakota.  We'll have a chance of rain/snow and highs in the 30s, lows in the 20s into and through the weekend with mostly dry weather.
